From cotton candy to elephant ears some of the greatest food around is to be had at the Tanana Valley Fair. New food booths are by application only. Booths are chosen on originality of menu items, length of time on the waiting list, and electrical needs. A limit of 45 food booths serve the Fairgrounds anually. Food booth spaces are usually 20' X 20' and are priced at $1195.00. Please call us for an application.
