I have held the position of Enterprise Application Developer with the Kenai Peninsula Borough since October of 1999.

In my current position, I am responsible for maintaining a multi-jurisdictional tax system. Additionally, in the last three years, I have developed the Borough’s OSHA Risk Management Software, the Transaction Entry System for accounts receivable scanner based multi-platform software, an Internet Web Applications for Tax System research, a tax archival system and several minor projects. I recently deployed a new Payroll Budgeting System for the Borough, which utilizes a Visual Basic front-end, T-SQL Stored Procedures for all Database activities and Business Rules, and a Windows SQL Server 2000 for data storage. I am also the Borough's Crystal Reports specialist, which requires I teach Crystal Report classes and act as a problems solver for employees who need assistance with complex Crystal Reports.

My position requires database development, application design, data conversion skills, programming on PC and Mainframe systems, utilizing Windows SQL Server, UNISYS DMS, and multiple computer programming languages.

In addition to my borough position, I am on the adjunct faculty at the Kenai Peninsula College. In the last three years I have taught courses in VB.net, Visual Basic 6 and Database development, Java, and Web Application Programming.

To assist you in evaluating my qualifications, please feel free to contact my references at any time concerning my professional expertise.
