The "Portico" - artist renderingThe "PORTICO" is a 1694 square foot home featuring three bedrooms, a front balcony and an open kitchen, dining, and living area.  Its a beautiful home that maximizes living space.  The PORTICO has a full 1040 square feet of main floor living space, with an additional 654 square feet of loft area.  The loft incorporates a wide open "balcony" with an overlook into the dining and living areas.  The large master bath has a double vanity sink, and opens to the utility room for easy washer and dryer access.  A second full bath serves the two upstairs bedrooms.
