There are 8 eagle nests at Kukak Bay; not all are in use each year.
Our boats have ramps that drop
right onto the beach,
so you can get on and off
the boats easily.
As a potential bonus your float plane pilot may be able to fly past Mt. Sharatin  (weather permitting) on Kodiak Island while en route to the lodge, so watch for the herd of 35 mountain goats that lives there.

No matter when you visit, you can expect a wildlife experience of a lifetime. Bears are the stars of this wilderness stage, with fox, sea otter, seal, killer whales and even an occasional moose in their respective supporting roles.
