OCTOBER
The October IATRA meeting was held at the Pig roast at the home of Mark and Stori Thopson on October 3. The meeting was called to order around 6:00 PM.
The minutes were read and approved.
The treasurer's report was read and showed a balance of $1212.00 minus $53.50 for the pig and $90.00 for paper plates and utensils for the pig roast and future meetings.
Business was discussed: The idea is to regain non profit status to satisfy the IRS and to retrieve the CD from Wells Fargo.
Officers were nominated at the September meeting and a motion was passed to approve them as follows:
President: Beth Patterson
Vice President: Lowell North
Treasurer: Phil Berrian
Secretary: Jean Ernest
At our November meeint we will discuss and vote on all bills and disbursements that need to be paid.
Also on the agenda for the November meeting will be the planning of the IATRA Christmas Party.

SEPTEMBER
The September meeting was called to order at 7:30, Sept. 18th, at the home of Natalie Howard.
No minutes were available,
The treasurer's report showed $1212.00in checking, with $53.56 spent on the Pig roast.
There was discussion about what to do about the club as not many members want to serve as officers, but there was interest in a social type club.
Lee spears motioned to nominate Officers to continue the club for one more year for IRS purposes as to recover our $3000.00 CD and maintain our non-profit status. This motion was seconded and passed.

There was a motion to close nominations which was passed.
Other business: Pig Roast will be held on October 3rd, at the home of Mark and Stori Thompson's. Bring chairs, and dish to share. Pick up some Zip lock bags to save pork for next meetings.
Phil Berrian moved that official October meeting be at the pig Roast.
Meeting was adjourned
