Phase one will be a maximum of eight condominiums. Five are presently on the market and construction is planned for the additional condominiums. The master planned community will have three phases, set in three distinct areas, each with their own associations. There will be a Loon Lake associations that will have a representative from each phase to oversee the lake community.
Owning a Loon Lake Lodge Site Condominium is a unique form of property ownership, unlike most condominiums where you own the inside of your unit, at Loon Lake Lodges you own the building and the land site. While you own your own unit, you also are part owner of all common areas property. In the case of Loon Lake Lodge Condominiums, that common property includes five acres of lake front property, water well, central boilers, hot tub, and lake access and docks, picnic and BBQ decks, among other amenities.
Loon Lake is presently being stocked by the Department of Alaska Fish and Game with Rainbow trout each spring.
