Tidewater Charters

Yakutat, Alaska and Tidewater Charters offer what many describe as the finest fishing in Alaska, both on the sea and in the rivers systems. We have the boats and other equipment to accomodate either type of trip. 

Captain Kirk, your skipper, is a former commerical fisherman with 25 years fishing experience  He is a licensed Coast Guard skipper, who has operated vessels in southeast waters since 1984.

Tidewater Charters seafishing  boat, the the Sazerac, is a   30' "Coastal Fisherman" manufactured by Sportcraft. She is powered by twin diesels.  The Sazerac is fast, comfortable, safe, and has ample deck space for fishing.

Captain Kirk also operates an 18' custom-built aluminum jetsled powered by a 150 horsepower Mercury outboard.  For extreme river running, he operates a 17' airboat powered by a 450 horsepower GM engine with an eight blade composite propeller. 

We also have available 12' "Jon boats" suitable for local river floating.
