Taking the Karate West Introductory Course will give you the "hands-on" experience you need to make an educated decision.

In our two-week course, you'll learn about Karate West's life skills program, and how it can benefit your life. You'll meet our instructors, and learn the basic techniques required in our regular classes.

As part of the Introductory Course, our staff will show you how to become a Karate West member to continue your study of the exciting art of Shudokan Karate-do. You'll also receive an official karate uniform.
