We are open year-round to accommodate all visitors wishing to explore Interior and Arctic Alaska. During the summer, most mountain ranges still carry snow on their peaks, yet wildflowers cover the landscape. During August, the tundra turns to brilliant reds, while the leaves change to a bright yellow. Winter is the biggest secret in the Arctic with our winter wonderland and northern lights.
One of our popular tours is a one-day tour excursion to the Arctic Circle. On this trip you will cross the Mighty Yukon River, and visit Alaska’s Arctic where the sun never sets on the summer solstice. Another popular trip is a two-day tour to Prudhoe Bay on the Arctic Ocean. This trips includes driving through the majestic Brooks Mountain Range, The Arctic National Wildlife Refuge, wildlife viewing, and miles of Arctic tundra. You can tour Prudhoe Bay and the oil facilities that provide 20% of the United State’s domestic oil.We also feature a one or two-day trip up the Steese Highway to the town of Circle, on the Yukon River. Your senior driver has 30 years of experience in Alaska’s Arctic. He has driven the Dalton Highway from Fairbanks to Prudhoe Bay since 1974 and also worked the trans-Alaska pipeline.
