Camp Registration

Fill out the registration and health forms.
They are available as one .pdf document. Documents can be opened using Adobe Acrobat Reader. If you don't have Acrobat Reader, you can click here to download it from Adobe.

Be sure to include a $50 deposit with your registration. Refund of registration fees (less the deposit) will be given if cancellation is made at least 14 days prior to the first day of camp.

To qualify for the Early Bird Special please send full payment, postmarked before April 15.
