	ANTICIPATION!!!
								Family Affair!
			Jig or baitfish for the leviathan of the deep...the Pacific Halibut.  This deep bottom dweller is extremely strong and battles have lasted for hours.  Anyone who tangles with these brutes usually ends up with very sore arms, not to mention back muscles.  Some people fish halibut for the sport, some for the challenge, but most often people are fishing for the exceptional culinary feast that the meat provides.  Fresh halibut is the standard by which other fish is judged by most consumers.  Average size is around forty pounds, but landing a two-hundred pounder is not out of the ordinary.  Halibut trips involve long trips and full days.
