2009-2010 CYM (Catholic Youth Ministry) Registration Form

2009 - 2010 Code of Conduct Form          

Please turn in completed forms to the CYM Coordinator or the Parish Office.

Catholic Youth Ministry (CYM) - Students must be in High School (grades 9-12) and may attend either High School. Classes meet on Sundays at 3:15 PM and then attend 5:30 PM Mass together. One Wednesday evening a month we will gather with the Cathedral's Youth Ministry Group. (Dates TBA.)

Catholic Youth Ministry (CYM) Confirmation - Students that were not confirmed in Middle School must be enrolled in the CYM Program and attend special Confirmation Classes held beginning in January. The cost for this is listed in the fees above. A copy of the students Baptismal certificate MUST be presented at registration.

COST: $50 FOR ONE TEEN, $100 FOR TWO, $150 FOR THREE (MORE THAN 3 FREE) IF THERE IS A FINANCIAL HARDSHIP, PAYMENT PLANS OR SCHOLARSHIPS ARE AVAILABLE. PARENTS MAY BE ASKED THROUGHOUT THE YEAR TO HELP WITH EVENTS. IF YOU ARE ABLE TO AND WISH TO SPONSOR A CHILD FOR CYM OR DONATE ANY MONEY PLEASE FEEL FREE TO.
