Summer of 1997
Mayday is one of our favorite rites of Spring. They gave out icon flags that year to remind us of important things. Ours was entitled HUMOR.
Jane and Zoe tormented Dad by wildly scampering close to the edge of Palisade Head on the North Shore of Lake Superior. They took sadistic pleasure in pretending to trip while I was looking. I was not amused.
Zoe celebrated her 6th birthday with (from left) Gabriel, Amanda and Emily. Sadly her other best friend Caitlin was unable to attend.
An end of an era.
The Semanko family sold their cabin on Lake Ann after 30 years of great sunsets.
Time passes and joy is found...
