2007 has been a year of dramatic changes at Silver Gulch. With the opening of our new restaurant and bar in late-May 2007, we have catapulted the operation from a small brewery to a large restaurant/bar with 40-50 employees! The new facilities and the new food continue to receive excellent reviews, while we strive to raise the bar for the Fairbanks culinary experience.
