      • Carries legal responsibility to represent the interests of Alaskans with Alzheimer's and other dementia; funds the Alaska Commission on Aging for specific types of services to those with dementia and their caregivers. Here in Sitka, Center for Community receives such a grant. Southeast Senior Services (Juneau) and the Alaska Alzheimer's Resource Agency (Anchorage and Juneau) receive grants that can be helpful to us here in Sitka.
